AVATRADE is a worldwide scam, theft and fraud organisation. Its actual headquarters is not in Ireland but Israel. It is based on training what they call affiliates or partners intending to get clients to bring in as much money as possible (of this initial amount the partner keeps 10% and then the AVATRADE partners are instructed to leave the account dead, in ruins, so they get another 10%. AVATRADE does not comply with any legislation: -No suitability test -Its partners manage your account to ruin it. -They use the leverage of 1:400 when ESMA regulations say that for individual accounts, the leverage cannot exceed 1:30. -ESMA regulations say that private accounts cannot lose more than 50% of their capital, and AVATRADE has closed accounts with 8% to leave the client's account in ruin. I was robbed of over 80,000 euros by an Avatrade agent calling herself Melody. AvaTrade does not report her as she takes a higher percentage of her theft. As you can see at the top of this picture it says "AvaPartner is not applicable in Spain", however in Italy, which has the same European regulations for trading as in Spain, they do have this AvaPartner service active s you can see in the picture below.
